Associate Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation professional with expertise in Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), or Procure to Pay (P2P) processes. The candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements, digital enablement, and operational efficiency across finance functions. This role requires strong domain knowledge, transformation project experience, and the ability to work with global stakeholders to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.

Role & responsibilities

Lead and deliver finance transformation projects across R2R / O2C / P2P functions.

Assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and design target operating models for finance operations.

Drive process optimization initiatives using automation, analytics, and digital technologies (RPA, AI, process mining).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations, Compliance) to ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives. Monitor and report on transformation outcomes, focusing on cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved compliance.

Provide thought leadership on best practices, benchmarks, and emerging trends in finance transformation.

Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, SOX, and internal controls while implementing new solutions.

Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, finance leaders, and technology partners to align transformation objectives with business goals.

Mentor and guide junior team members in understanding transformation frameworks and finance processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Total Experience: 10 18 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Finance Transformation (R2R / O2C / P2P).

Strong knowledge of finance operations, accounting principles, and compliance frameworks.

Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics) and finance automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Celonis, Power BI).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design innovative solutions.
