Associate Finance Manager

You are an accomplished professional with 7-8 years of experience sought to lead the F&A team. Your background should include expertise in statutory compliances, tax, audits, accounting, and corporate finance. Reporting directly to the CFO, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing financial planning within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include managing tax and compliance litigation, ensuring compliance with various regulations such as TDS, GST, PF, PT, Shop Establishment, and overseeing timely and accurate annual ROC filings. You will also be responsible for managing various audits, including tax audits, statutory audits, internal audits, and group audits. Driving uniformity across client and vendor onboarding processes, implementing segregation of duties, periodic review of books of account, compliance, and reconciliation will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will manage month-end financial processes, cash flow, working capital, and ensure proper allocation of corporate costs. You will lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring accurate and timely financial analysis, while also building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as Bankers, Auditors, and other key partners. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the F&A function's efficiency and effectiveness will be vital to your success. Furthermore, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on tax compliance and auditing. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements, along with proficiency in financial software and tools, are essential for this role.,
