Job Description

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through phone and email, handling orders, inquiries, and quotations. This role requires efficiency in a fast-paced environment, keen attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: - Process customer orders and issue order confirmations. - Address internal and external customer inquiries, including stock checks, pricing requests, and general inquiries, in a timely manner. - Provide support to the sales team and distribution partners. - Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs effectively. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date order information in the system (M3). Qualifications: - Bachelors degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in ERP (M3) systems and MS Office tools. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as per job requirements.
