Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales Lead to drive adoption and revenue growth for our Rich Communication Services (RCS) Messaging Platform . In this role, you’ll be working with telecom operators, enterprise clients, and key partners to showcase how RCS can enhance business messaging. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone with a strong sales background, deep knowledge of telecom and messaging platforms, and a consultative approach to selling. You’ll be Responsible for? Develop and execute sales strategies to increase telco adoption of our RCS platform. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including telecom leaders and enterprise brands. Identify and close high-value opportunities that drive significant revenue growth. Explain the benefits of RCS over traditional SMS and other messaging solutions. Deliver product demonstrations highlighting rich media, chatbots, AI, and analytics capabilities. Develop compelling business cases and ROI analyses for clients. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies in business messaging. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and drive predictable revenue growth. What We’re Looking For: 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales within telecommunications, CPaaS, or related fields. Proven success in selling technical solutions to telecom operators and enterprise clients. Understanding of messaging platforms, APIs, and integrations. Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives and stakeholders. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and create persuasive business cases. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in business , Telecommunications, or a related field ( MBA preferred ).
