Job Description

The Global Channel Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement through various B2B sales channel partners. You will focus on promoting TOEFL products and services globally by leveraging partnerships with study abroad agents, universities, language schools, educational associations, test prep companies, global and regional aggregators, and other relevant entities. Reporting to the Global Marketing Lead as an individual contributor, you will create and execute marketing strategies that drive meaningful relationships with our B2B partners. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing comprehensive channel marketing strategies to increase TOEFL adoption and usage globally. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of different channel partners, ensuring alignment with ETS's overall marketing goals. Conducting market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts will be part of your role. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, sales enablement, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management, will also be essential. You will ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and partner communications, providing guidance to the teams through execution playbook. Additionally, you will work with Sales Enablement and DI teams to organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote TOEFL products and services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience setting and measuring performance against content and sales channel metrics. An understanding of modern CMS and UX, as well as the ability to supervise content creation on platforms like AEM and WordPress, is required. Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO, funnel analytics, and community management, is essential. You should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess excellent aptitude for detail, accuracy, and analytical skills. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred). - Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B channel marketing, preferably in the education sector. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies. - Experience working at a global or regional level is highly considered. - Strong understanding of global education markets and trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms. - Willingness to travel internationally as required.,
