Metalink International specializes in simplifying the process of starting a company in the UAE. We handle mainland, free zone, and offshore setups, trade license and name registration, PRO and visa services, corporate bank account setup, and local partner and investor protection.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Global Business Expansion Manager. The Global Business Expansion Manager will be responsible for overseeing market research, developing and implementing expansion strategies, managing sales initiatives, and leading a team. The role also includes performing analysis to identify potential markets and opportunities for growth and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. The role requires a proactive business development professional who can identify opportunities, establish global networks, and drive sales of our UAE/Dubai company formation and residency solutions across different countries.


The Global Business Expansion Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our international growth strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for building strong partnerships with chartered accountancy firms, business consulting firms, immigration consultants, tax advisors, corporate service providers, travel agencies, corporate offices, hotels, and other strategic partners worldwide.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a global expansion strategy to promote UAE/Dubai business setup and residency solutions.
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key international partners including accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners in different regions to expand the company’s global footprint.
  • Drive sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events to promote services and build connections.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
  • Provide country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Regularly report on business development progress, market insights, and sales performance to senior management.




Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.
  • Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
