Role Overview: As a Global Configurator Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of product customization processes. Your main focus will be on configuration governance and master data management. Your role involves onboarding various Transformer products into different types of configurators and web shops. You will actively participate in operational activities including solution design, testing, deployment, configuration, development, and users' training. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the deployment and maintenance of configuration data, including product specifications, costing, and pricing - Develop business requirements, drive ROI assessments, and test configuration models and scenarios - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency in product configurations and create documentation and training material - Monitor configuration performance, gather customer feedback, provide training and support to factory and sales teams - Manage cross-functional projects related to configurator and web shop enhancements, facilitate communication between business and IT - Analyze data from configurator and web shop usage, identify areas for enhancements, and ensure compliance with data standards and policies - Manage critical master data objects, perform data cleansing, validation, and enrichment, support data migration efforts, and provide data support to stakeholders - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, IT, or Engineering - Experience working in a multinational company and managing cross-regional projects - Proficiency in project management and sales and marketing - Experience with e-Config and Camos tools, knowledge of configuration strategies, and technical expertise in configuration and master data management - Familiarity with SalesForce.com, SAP SD, MM, Pricing, MS Project, and Jira - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration - Previous experience in pricing and comprehensive cost modeling is highly valued - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language (Note: Omitted additional details of the company as they were not present in the job description) Role Overview: As a Global Configurator Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of product customization processes.
