Manufacturing (AAC Blocks), Real Estate (Vanam – E5 World), and Digital Marketing projects

⭐ Responsibilities

GHL Setup & CRM Architecture

• Configure complete CRM pipelines for Leads → Site Visits → Orders → Payments
• Create workflows, automations, triggers, and smart pipelines
• Set up WhatsApp/SMS automation, email sequences, missed-call automation
• Integrate lead sources (Meta, Google, WhatsApp Cloud, landing pages)

Field Sales Automation

• Setup mobile app for field executives
• Daily beat plans, geo-tracking, check-ins, and reporting
• Order booking module + approval process

Tally + GHL Integration

• Customer master sync
• Invoice, outstanding, and payment data mapping
• Custom dashboards

Reports & Dashboards

• Sales funnels, executive performance, target vs achievement
• Ageing, recovery, and collection tracking
• Dealer performance tracking

Real Estate Automation

• Lead nurturing journeys
• Project-specific pipelines
• Appointment scheduling, reminders, follow-ups

⭐ Requirements

• Proven experience configuring

  GHL CRM for at least 2–3 years

• Strong knowledge of

  automations, triggers, custom objects, and pipeline design

• Experience integrating third-party apps (Tally/Odoo, WhatsApp Cloud, JustCall, Google Sheets, Webhooks)
• Ability to document workflows and build clean SOPs
• Strong understanding of

  sales processes

  (manufacturing + real estate preferred)

💼 Good to Have

• Experience with

  Meta/Google Ads lead tracking

• Experience with

  Twilio / WhatsApp API

• Knowledge of

  Zapier / Make / n8n
