German Associates (Troubleshoot technical)

You are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with German language proficiency to join the team in Gurgaon. With at least 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting, you will provide support to German-speaking customers through various channels and document solutions accurately. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams and ensuring high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues - Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system - Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary - Ensure timely and high-quality customer service to meet SLAs and KPIs - Collaborate with internal teams for process improvement and knowledge sharing Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role - Proficiency in German (at least C1 level or equivalent certification) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English - Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, networking basics, or common enterprise software - Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment In terms of the work environment, you will be based on-site in Gurgaon with a salary of up to 7 LPA based on your experience and language proficiency.
