Job Title: Technical Support Specialist – German Language
Location: Gurgaon, India
Salary: Up to ₹7.2 LPA

Language Requirement: Proficient in German (B2 level or above)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist with German language proficiency to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting, with the ability to communicate effectively in German and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues
• Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary
• Ensure timely and high-quality customer service to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams for process improvement and knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
• Proficiency in German (at least C1 level or equivalent certification)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
• Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, networking basics, or common enterprise software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment

Work Environment:

• Location: On-site in Gurgaon.
• Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA based on experience and language proficiency
