Generative AI Engineer (Gen AI)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer | Data Scientist to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI products and solutions for our enterprise clients. This role combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with exceptional communication skills to drive digital transformation initiatives from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI product development from discovery through deployment, ensuring successful business adoption
• Partner with global enterprise clients to identify opportunities for Gen AI integration into their workflows
• Design and build custom AI solutions tailored to specific client needs and industry requirements
• Drive data-driven decision making across organizations through strategic AI implementations
• Serve as a technical thought leader and trusted advisor to C-level executives
• Architect workflow automations and AI systems that directly impact bottom-line results
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear business value propositions for diverse stakeholders
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing enterprise ecosystems

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML products, with demonstrated success
• Deep expertise in Gen AI, including LLMs, VLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic systems
• Advanced proficiency in Python, with extensive experience in LangChain and HuggingFace frameworks
• Strong experience with ML model development, fine-tuning, and deployment
• Expertise in cloud AI services: Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, and related infrastructure
• Proficiency in data engineering: SQL, ETL processes, and big data technologies
• Experience with MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, statistics, and optimization techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to create compelling technical documentation and architecture diagrams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases and embedding technologies
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
• Background in building conversational AI and chatbot systems
• Deep technical curiosity with hands-on coding mentality
• Strong presentation skills with executive presence
• Ability to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and practical implementation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
