SAP Talent Acquisition Specialist (Domestic Hiring)

We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with a strong focus on SAP hiring to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing SAP professionals across various modules and domains for clients within India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP and IT roles (technical and functional) in the domestic market
• Source profiles using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases
• Screen candidates for technical fitment, interest level, availability, and salary expectations
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update the hiring pipeline regularly
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment with a focus on SAP roles (e.g., SAP ABAP, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP HANA,SAP Cutover, OMP Solution Architecte,SAP MDG Architect, SAP FPA Manager, tc.)
• Excellent understanding of various SAP modules and industry demand
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
