Intern cum Full-Time Employment – React, Python & AI

Compensation:

Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Full-Time Salary Structure:

• Year 1: ₹2.5 LPA
• Year 2: ₹4.5 LPA

About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and career-oriented individuals for an internship-to-full-time opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about technology and innovation, particularly in React.js, Python, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The selected candidates will undergo a 6-month internship, gaining hands-on experience on live projects. Upon successful completion, they will be offered full-time employment under a 2-year service agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to front-end development using React.js
• Assist in backend development using Python
• Support AI/ML project components as required
• Collaborate with team members in agile development environments
• Actively engage in research and continuous self-learning

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated interest and academic or personal projects using React, Python, or AI (strongly preferred)
• Prior internship experience will be considered an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-starter with strong self-learning and research capabilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 per year
