Generative AI Creative Producer

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI-Led Concept Development & Moodboarding :

• Develop AI-based visual references, lookframes, and styling cues using tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, and Ideogram.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors to build moodboards and presentations aligned with brand strategy and visual tone.
• Generate synthetic imagery and video for ideation, pre-visualization, and pitching concepts to clients or internal teams.

2.Creative Content Creation:

• Produce high-quality AI-generated assets including characters, product mockups, environments, or VFX-ready elements.
• Integrate AI elements into live-action or animated content in coordination with editors, animators, and stylists.
• Use GenAI to support campaigns from prototyping through to production execution.

3.Cross-Platform Tool Proficiency:

• Work fluently across multiple GenAI platforms including:
• Image AI: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo, DALL·E, Ideogram
• Video AI: Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Sora (when available)
• Voice/Speech AI: ElevenLabs, Descript, Altered
• 3D & AR AI: Spline AI, Luma Labs, Meshy, Krea
• Stay ahead of trends and developments to guide the team on what’s possible — and what’s not — across each platform.

4.Creative Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing :

• Work with Creative Directors, Producers, and Post-Production Leads to ensure seamless AI integration across projects.
• Mentor junior team members and stylists on best practices for GenAI-enhanced design and concepting.
• Propose and implement new AI-powered creative workflows that raise the bar for innovation and efficiency. 

Requirements :

• A strong creative portfolio showcasing AI-generated visuals, motion, or conceptual storytelling.
• Proficiency with GenAI platforms across at least two media types (e.g. image + video, or voice + 3D).
• A passion for experimentation, rapid prototyping, and aesthetic storytelling.
• Strong visual sensibility and an ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual outputs.
• Experience working in creative agencies, studios, or content-focused environments is a plus.
