We are seeking a high-potential individual to join our HR Service Delivery team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to draw insights from data to drive operational excellence. The individual will act as the sole HR Operations Partner for Korea, while also supporting insurance administration and process improvements across Asia.
Insurance Administration
Transition all insurance-related processes for Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia to self-ownership, ensuring full documentation and operational readiness.
Create SOPs and governance mechanisms for insurance management; streamline processes for efficiency.
Ensure all insurance data is migrated and managed within Workday and ServiceNow with no exceptions.
Maintain 100% data accuracy through validation checklists and quarterly audits.
Design and implement processes for managing insurance invoices, adjustments, and medical shortfalls.
Build strong vendor relationships through regular check-ins and resolve all queries within agreed SLAs.
HR Operations for Korea
Act as the primary point of contact for all Korea regional HR operations, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders.
Drive standardization of Korea processes while leveraging the Shared Services team for efficiency.
Serve as the trusted Operations Partner for the region, proactively resolving operational challenges and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Data Analysis
Apply statistical methods to collect, review, and analyze HR & Insurance data while to draw actionable conclusions.
Employee Experience & Policy
Optimize Job Data Change, Lifecycle, and Leavers processes to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience.
Update policies and staff handbooks to enhance governance and accessibility.
Support benefit harmonization initiatives across Asia.
HR Communications & Content Management - Manage HR Communications (staff communications) and publish updates on the company intranet, "Sphere," including Policy updates.
Governance & Audits - Perform regular audits of data, systems, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance, and take corrective actions where needed.
Very good understanding of HRMS & Ticketing tools (preferably Workday & Service Now).
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in checking data accuracy and ensuring compliance.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective in written and verbal communication; able to present data insights simply.
