Job Description

Design and execute territory-based sales strategies for GT and Horeca segments in assigned Outer Island cities
Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and food service partners such as hotels, restaurants, and catering service providers
Drive regional performance targets across sales volume, brand visibility, and promotional delivery
Identify and develop high-potential customers across diverse and culturally unique markets
Ensure product availability, distribution quality, and pricing consistency in line with business goals
Lead trade negotiations and cultivate sustainable partnerships
Coach and guide Sales Representatives, aligning execution to city-specific objectives
Work cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and ensure regional coverage

Ideal Candidate Profile

3-5 years experience in FMCG sales with exposure to GT and/or Horeca markets, including 2 years at managerial level or 5 years in a supervisor capacity
Demonstrated success working across remote or emerging regions in Indonesia
Strong adaptability and market acumen suited to diverse Outer Island conditions
Leadership experience in managing decentralized field teams
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting, budgeting, and performance monitoring
Proven ability to manage promotional campaigns with measurable impact
Highly proactive, resilient, and capable of navigating complex regional landscapes
