About The Position Location: Bengaluru Hybrid You will be the primary owner of the Bill to Cash operations within the Finance Shared Service at Flora Food Group, leading a team of 10+ passionate Flora Foodies and a team of 50+ professionals within BPO. You will advise business and drive governance with our market, regional and global leadership to deliver on-time services ensuring quality, control, compliance, and cost effectiveness. In this role you will be responsible for defining our future strategy and leading transformation projects to drive value. This role will report to the Head of Finance Shared Services based in Bengaluru. So, what does it take to be successful in this role? Technical and Process Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Bill to Cash processes, SAP, and related tools/technologies like Trade Promotion Management, EDI ordering, e-Invoicing, workflow management, and RPA platforms to drive success. (15+ years of relevant work experience) Lead and Develop Team: Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Flora Food Group team. (5+ years of experience in team and BPO partner management) Drive Performance and Compliance: Work with BPO leadership to enhance KPIs, controls, and policy adherence. Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Credit Control, Treasury, and other functions. Lead Transformation Projects: Oversee change management and process improvements, ensuring up-to-date documentation and efficient operations.
