Position (Primary, standardized title):

• Provide focused outpatient consultations and clinical assessments during assigned 4‑hour shifts (preferred slots: 11:00–15:00 or 16:00–20:00), diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and document evidence‑based treatment plans, prescribe medications, order and interpret investigations, and arrange referrals when required.
• Triage urgent presentations, initiate initial stabilisation, and coordinate escalation to emergency services or specialists as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records, discharge summaries, and follow‑up plans using clinic documentation systems (EMR/paper as applicable).
• Communicate clearly with patients and caregivers—explain diagnoses, medication plans, lifestyle modifications, and follow‑up schedules.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and administrative staff to ensure clinic workflow, infection control, and patient safety standards are met.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

• MD (Medicine) or DNB (Internal Medicine/General Medicine) with valid medical registration in India.
• Minimum 1–3 years outpatient/internal medicine clinical experience (post‑qualification preferred).
• Proven ability to manage common acute and chronic medical conditions in ambulatory settings.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and basic familiarity with EMR or clinic record systems.
• Excellent patient communication, time management, and ability to work independently during part‑time shifts.
  

Preferred

• Prior experience working in a high‑volume urban clinic or multispecialty outpatient centre.
• Basic procedural competence relevant to outpatient care (e.g., injection techniques, ECG interpretation) and familiarity with local referral networks.
