General Manager/Manager

In this role as a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales team to achieve their targets effectively. You will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture within the team and ensuring accountability for results. Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, creating and implementing sales plans to meet objectives, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market share. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a sales team to drive sales and achieve targets - Set, track, and meet ambitious sales goals - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Manage client relationships, lead negotiations, and secure contracts - Stay informed on market trends in the solar industry and adjust strategies accordingly - Provide customers with technical insights on solar solutions - Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports - Leverage CRM tools for tracking and performance optimization Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field - 10+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector - Proven record of exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities - Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools - Passion for renewable energy and sustainability In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and a provident fund.
