Stay informed on Market trends · Monitor solar industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly. · provide customers with technical insights on solar solutions. Report & Analytics · Prepare sales forecasts and performance report · leverage CRM tools for tracking and performance optimization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business,Marketing or related field 10+plus years of sales management experience(solar or renewable energy referred) proven record of exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and team management skils Excellent communications negotiation and presentation abilities Proficent in CRM and sales analytics tools Passion or renewable energy and sustainability.
