General Manager/Manager

In this role, you will lead and manage a sales team to achieve targets by supervising and coaching sales representatives. You will foster a high-performance culture, ensuring accountability within the team. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, creating and implementing sales plans to meet objectives, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market share. You will be driving sales and achieving targets by setting, tracking, and meeting ambitious sales goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, leading negotiations, securing contracts, and managing client relationships will also be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will stay informed on market trends within the solar industry, monitoring developments and adjusting strategies accordingly. Providing customers with technical insights on solar solutions will be part of your responsibilities. You will prepare sales forecasts and performance reports, leveraging CRM tools for tracking and performance optimization.
