Role - General Manager- Visa Head

Role Overview

This role will span across line functions at TCIL. This role will be responsible to manage end to

end visa related services. The incumbent is expected to effectively work with various MICE

departments to increase overall productivity and efficiencies.

This role will be responsible to create and drive people and process engagement within the

department.

Purpose of Role

1. Drive the team to manage end-to-end Visa processing work

2. Prompt and accurate response to sales/clients on various visa requirements

3. Provide support in suggesting visa friendly destination

4. Eye for detail to ensure quality check in documentation and visa processing

Purpose of Role

1. Maintain strong equity with Embassies/ Consulates/VFS

2. Arrange embassy and client meeting for groups

3. Update any changes in the process of Consulates

4. Team and Training Management PAN INDIA Visa

5. Coordination with Pan India visa operations team / Thomas Cook visa team for timely updates

and guide them as per the requirement

6. Handling customer / client escalations effectively and in a professional manner

7. Saving Cost on Urgent fees by ensuring timely collection of visa within deadlines

8. Ensuring proper closure on visa payment and reconciliation

9. Ensure closure on all credit notes generated from embassies / Thomas Cook visa team
