Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager with 4 6 years of industry experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on product management, and strong communication skills to align stakeholders and ensure successful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and oversee daily operations across multiple functions (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, etc.). Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets. Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance in line with company goals. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for departments and employees. Drive business development, partnerships, and client relationship management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Report regularly to senior leadership/board on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
4 6 years of product management experience in a software or technology-driven environment. Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and releases in agile teams. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product delivery best practices. Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog/requirements management tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
Must-to-Have Skills
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 10 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role. Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management. Proven track record in operations management and business growth. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Master s degree (MBA or equivalent). Industry-specific experience (e.g., retail, logistics, IT, manufacturing). Knowledge of digital transformation, automation, or ERP systems. Experience managing multi-location or global operations.
