In this role, you will be the key link between our international travel partners and on-ground suppliers, curating unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups. If you love creating journeys that go beyond the ordinary and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—this is the role for you. 🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and respond to B2B travel queries from international agents. Design customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences. Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners. Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support. Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates . Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions. Ensure seamless operations and a high level of client satisfaction. ✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations. Strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent. Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations . Excellent communication in English (written & spoken).
