Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the Hi Tours Marketing Studio

  overseeing designers, ad specialists, copywriters, and social managers.
• Translate brand goals into weekly and monthly deliverables for each team member.
• Align advertising, content, and creative outputs, ensuring all campaigns launch with visuals, copy, and performance tracking in place.
• Review and approve designs, copy, videos, influencer collaterals, and creatives.
• Maintain the master marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met across all three brands.
• Conduct daily team syncs to clear roadblocks and maintain production flow.
• Collaborate with the Zoho developer and team for campaign tracking, lead tagging, and automations.
• Monitor weekly marketing KPIs — ad performance, engagement, creative turnaround.
• Enforce process discipline across task boards, briefs, approvals, and file management.
• Improve workflows for speed, clarity, and creativity.

Requirements:

• 7 – 10 years’ experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or agency account management.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams — design, copy, ads, and social.
• Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads and social media strategy.
• Strong creative judgment with experience briefing and reviewing designers/writers.
• Skilled at managing multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously.
• Proficiency with tools like Notion, Asana, GA4, Meta Suite, Google Sheets.
• Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Balanced analytical and creative mindset — equally data- and idea-driven.
