General Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the daily functioning of our e-commerce business. This role involves supervising order fulfillment, coordinating production and printing, and ensuring all day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily order assembly, packing, and dispatch to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee production/printing schedules and quality control
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/suppliers as needed
• Implement efficient processes for operations, packing, and logistics
• Supervise and support team members, ensuring accountability and productivity
• Maintain records and generate reports on operations, orders, and production
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments (design, production, packing, dispatch)
• Take initiative to solve problems and optimize workflow

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration/Operations/Commerce or related field preferred, but not necessary)
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce, manufacturing, or related industries
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with e-commerce platforms a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
