We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the daily functioning of our e-commerce business. This role involves supervising order fulfillment, coordinating production and printing, and ensuring all day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily order assembly, packing, and dispatch to ensure accuracy and timeliness Oversee production/printing schedules and quality control Manage inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/suppliers as needed Implement efficient processes for operations, packing, and logistics Supervise and support team members, ensuring accountability and productivity Maintain records and generate reports on operations, orders, and production Ensure smooth coordination between departments (design, production, packing, dispatch) Take initiative to solve problems and optimize workflow Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration/Operations/Commerce or related field preferred, but not necessary) Minimum 7–8 years of experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce, manufacturing, or related industries Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with e-commerce platforms a plus Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
