Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the welding industry, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development:

    Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis:

    Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Technical Support:

    Provide technical guidance on welding products and solutions to clients, ensuring their specific needs are met.
  • Product Promotion:

    Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to showcase the benefits of Brand’s offerings.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring:

    Analyze sales data, and set quotas
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align strategies and address customer requirements effectively.
