About the Role

technical sales leader

10 Sales Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a
10-member national sales team
to achieve
12 Cr annual sales revenue
.
Personally drive
ground sales
in Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets with plastics processors.
Develop
regional growth strategies
(North, West, South, East) to build presence in clusters.
Expand sales in
injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, and PET packaging segments
.
Engage with
owners, purchase managers, and plant heads
at customer sites.
Build pipeline, track performance, and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Collaborate with technical/application teams to deliver
techno-commercial solutions
.
Represent the company at
plastics exhibitions, industry meets, and trade fairs
.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Mandatory:
Must have sold to the
Plastics Industry
(auxiliary equipment, plastics machinery, automation, or mould components).
Mandatory:
Hardcore sales track record proven closures and new business wins in Tier 2/3 markets.
Education:
B.Tech/BE preferred (Mechanical/Plastics/Production/Electrical).
Experience:
14-15 years in
capital equipment/plastics machinery sales
.
Leadership:
Experience in leading
regional teams
, now ready to step into a
national role
.
Familiar with handling
annual revenues of 12-15 Cr
.
