About the Role We are looking for a technical sales leader to head our plastics processing equipment sales across India. The role is ideal for a hardcore sales professional with strong plastics industry exposure (auxiliaries, machinery, or automation) who is ready for a national mandate . You will manage a team of 10 Sales Engineers , deliver 12 Cr+ annual sales , and expand business across Tier 2 & Tier 3 industrial clusters. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a 10-member national sales team to achieve 12 Cr annual sales revenue . Personally drive ground sales in Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets with plastics processors. Develop regional growth strategies (North, West, South, East) to build presence in clusters. Expand sales in injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, and PET packaging segments . Engage with owners, purchase managers, and plant heads at customer sites. Build pipeline, track performance, and ensure consistent revenue growth. Collaborate with technical/application teams to deliver techno-commercial solutions . Represent the company at plastics exhibitions, industry meets, and trade fairs . Ideal Candidate Profile Mandatory: Must have sold to the Plastics Industry (auxiliary equipment, plastics machinery, automation, or mould components). Mandatory: Hardcore sales track record proven closures and new business wins in Tier 2/3 markets. Education: B.Tech/BE preferred (Mechanical/Plastics/Production/Electrical). Experience: 14-15 years in capital equipment/plastics machinery sales . Leadership: Experience in leading regional teams , now ready to step into a national role . Designation: Head Machinery Outfitting Experience: 15+ Years Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering Role & Responsibilities: The Head of Machinery Outfitting is overseer of outfitting process for pipes, valves, HVAC and engineering and auxiliary systems within each block. The Head of Machinery outfitting ensures strict adherence to production schedules, block construction plan, quality standards, and budgetary constraints and has a key focus on optimizing processes related to installation of machinery, auxiliary systems and piping within each block. The Head of Machinery Outfitting collaborates with electrical, electronics and instrumentation outfitting section to drive production excellence and supports timely delivery of high-quality outfitted blocks Define machinery outfitting strategy in alignment with with block construction plan and master schedule. Develop detailed work plans & schedules for machinery outfitting section. Ensure proper sequencing of outfitting activities (e.g., pipe installation before equipment) to avoid rework.
