Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales and marketing teams.
• Revenue Growth: Set and achieve sales targets, manage budgets, control marketing spend (ROI), and oversee profit centers.
• Campaigns & Branding: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and managing digital presence (social media, POS).
• Client & Market Relations: Build strong client relationships, expand customer base, and monitor competitor activities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and present reports to senior management.
