We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager Sales to lead our
geographic expansion across South India and GCC regions. This role demands a strategic
thinker with a strong execution mindset who can establish new business operations, build
and scale sales teams, develop B2C strategies, and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new branches or business units across priority cities in
South India and key countries in the GCC.
- Conduct in-depth market research to assess local demand, competition, and business
feasibility.
- Lead end-to-end setup including legal formalities, office infrastructure, team recruitment,
and launch strategy.
- Develop and execute aggressive sales plans to drive revenue across newly launched and
existing branches.
- Set and monitor monthly and annual sales targets for all units and ensure consistent
achievement.
- Define and implement B2C sales strategies tailored to each market.
- Inspire and drive a high-vision sales culture that focuses not only on numbers, but also on
long-term brand positioning, client experience, and sustainable business growth.
- Continuously innovate sales models with future trends in mindleveraging digital tools,
data-driven decisions, and market-specific insights to stay ahead of competition.
- Ensure regular planning and execution of high-impact sales promotion videosfeaturing
key campaigns, offers, or success storiesto support lead generation and regional brand awareness.
- Recruit, train, and manage high-performing regional and local sales teams.
- Set clear KPIs, create incentive structures, and conduct performance reviews.
- Promote a target-driven, accountable sales culture with strong ownership at all levels.
Operational & Commercial Oversight
- Ensure operational readiness of new branches in line with SOPs, service standards, and
compliance requirements.
- Optimize costs and budgets to maximize profitability and ROI in expansion projects.
Vision-Driven Sales Leadership
- Foster a visionary sales mindsetensuring all regional and branch sales leaders align
with the company’s long-term business aspirations.
-Translate company vision into executable, localized sales action plans.
-Mentor and shape leaders who embody foresight, adaptability, and high-impact selling
principles.
- Number of new branches successfully launched and made operational
