Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Sales to lead regional sales strategies. This role involves driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and fostering strategic partnerships to expand our market share . Key Responsibilities . Should appoint Distributors and Retailers Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets. Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and identify new opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in construction materials or manufacturing sectors. Ability to travel across regions as required.
