General Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Should appoint Distributors and Retailers
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in construction materials or manufacturing sectors.
  • Ability to travel across regions as required.
