Job Description: We are hiring a Sales Executive / Sales Manager with strong experience in the building materials industry, especially in Cement Blocks, AAC Blocks, Concrete Products, or Construction Machinery. Job location : Mumbai / Pune Key Responsibilities: Responsible for sales of Cement Blocks, AAC Blocks, Concrete Blocks, or Building Materials in the assigned territory. Meet builders, contractors, developers, architects, and consultants to generate business. Identify new market opportunities and develop business in untapped regions. Achieve sales targets through B2B and project-based sales. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and pricing. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management review. Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, logistics, and customer support. Desired Candidate Profile: 3+ years of relevant sales experience in Cement Blocks / AAC Blocks / Concrete Products / Building Materials / Construction Machinery. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills. Good knowledge of the local market and construction industry trends. Strong networking with real estate builders, infra contractors, and consultants. Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools. Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
