Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive revenue targets for the agencyIdentify new business opportunities and convert high-value clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with CMOs, brand managers, and key decision-makersPitch integrated media and advertising solutions tailored to client needsCollaborate with strategy, creative, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfactionManage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closurePrepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance trackingMentor and guide the junior sales or account teamsKeep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and client shiftsRequirements:6 - 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 4+ years in an advertising/media agency or a digital marketing firmProven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsExcellent understanding of agency business models, media planning, and integrated marketing campaignsStrong network in the advertising and marketing communityExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to lead client meetings, close deals, and represent the agency with confidenceSelf-starter with a growth mindset and strategic thinking
