General Manager (Production)

• Production Management:Overseeing daily production activities, developing production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Quality Assurance:Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Cost Management:Developing and managing the plant's budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
• Team Leadership:Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of managers, supervisors, and staff to achieve production goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Safety Compliance:Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols, regulations, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement:Identifying and implementing strategies for process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Working closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and procurement, to align operations with company objectives.
• Reporting and Analysis:Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating reports on plant performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Strategic Planning:Contributing to the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans for the plant's growth and success.

Must have 2 year experience of Pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Education - BSc./MSc. Pharmacy or any life-science field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
