Experience working with established South Indian brands such as Haldiram’s, Adyar Ananda Bhavan, Sangeetha, A2B, Adigas, Gitam , or similar multi-location food service organizations.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead our multi-unit operations across South India and own P&L , drive performance, people development, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Unit Management for Operations Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations.
• Drive adherence to brand standards in food quality, guest service, hygiene, and safety
• Own & drive P&L for all units
• Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Monitor and drive compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and company SOPs.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and develop Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, and their teams.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability and guest satisfaction.
• Develop the Restaurant managers in all aspects of Customer experience and P&L

P&L Management:

• Take full ownership of financial performance across units.
• Analyze business metrics, control costs, and drive profitability
• Set up and run daily, weekly and monthly meetings with various teams to run the operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in regional operations leadership, area management, or multi-unit restaurant management roles, preferably within South India.
• Strong operational knowledge of high-volume South Indian cuisine formats (Quick Service, Casual Dining, or Sweet/Confectionery Retail).
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams across locations and drive operational KPIs.
• Demonstrated expertise in P&L ownership, budgeting, and cost control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
