• Maintain sound

  and ensure statutory compliance with all licenses, consents, and permissions.
• Track plant financials, generate

  reports, and ensure adherence to operational budgets and audit systems.

• Education:

  B.Tech / M.Tech

  in

  Food Technology

  Chemical

  Mechanical Engineering

  .

• Experience:

  15-20 years

  in

  food manufacturing

  ,

  food service

  , or

  processed food

  industry with exposure to sauces, gravies, marinades, condiments, and base preparations.

• Leadership:

  Proven ability to lead large teams, manage cross-functional operations, and deliver cost, quality, and efficiency goals.

• Technical Expertise:

  Proficiency in

  SAP / ERP

  systems,

  OEE

  improvement, yield enhancement, cost optimization, and capacity utilization; experience with filling, packaging, and sealing lines (pouches, jars, cans).

• Certifications:

  Preferred credentials include

  ISO Internal Auditor

  ,

  Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)

  Lean Manufacturing
