We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-driven genral manager to oversee operations, technology scaling, product delivery, distributors’ network, and nationwide expansion.

This is a leadership role for someone who can turn vision into action.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Design and implement business strategies aligned with the company’s mission.
• Lead company-wide operations to ensure rapid growth and efficiency.
• Build systems, SOPs, and scalable operational frameworks.
  

Operations & Technology Management

• Oversee production, tech infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and partner integration.
• Improve workflow efficiency across departments.
• Collaborate with R&D and tech teams for product enhancement.

Sales, Marketing & Distributor Network Growth

• Strengthen and expand the PAN-India distributor network.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to support national campaigns.
• Boost operational performance across e-commerce and offline channels.

Team Leadership & Culture Building

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (sales, tech, support, logistics).
• Build a culture of discipline, innovation, and accountability.

Financial & Performance Management

• Monitor KPIs, budgets, P&L operations, and financial reporting.
• Optimize cost structures and improve profitability.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5–10 years of Operations / Strategy / Leadership experience

Strong background in scaling tech-based or product-based companies

Experience in distributor management is a strong plus

Ability to handle fast-scaling environments

Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills

Problem-solving mindset & ability to take tough decisions
