Role Description

General Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of hotel operations to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction, profitability, and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations across departments
• Maintaining exceptional service and property standards
• Managing and motivating a diverse team
• Driving revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency
• Implementing marketing and sales initiatives
• Preparing budgets and monitoring financial performance
• Ensuring compliance with brand, safety, and quality standards
• Developing community and stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum

  15 years of experience

  in hotel management or a related leadership role
• Proven expertise in

  operations, guest experience, and team leadership

• Strong grasp of

  budgeting, financial management, and cost control

• Experience in

  marketing, brand development, and strategic planning

• Excellent

  leadership, communication, and problem-solving

  skills
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Hospitality Management, Business Administration

  , or a related field
• Experience in

  boutique, luxury, or resort-style hotels

  is a strong advantage
• A results-driven, people-focused leader passionate about hospitality excellence
