Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeper Attendant located in Siliguri. The Housekeeper Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas, carrying out laundry duties, ensuring timely room turnovers, and restocking supplies. The role involves interacting with guests, addressing their needs and requests, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additionally, the Housekeeper Attendant will ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment and will participate in training sessions as required.

• Experience in laundry duties
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to undergo and deliver training sessions
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
