Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of upcoming Commercial real estate projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your duties will include coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineering teams, monitoring project progress, defining technical specifications, managing budgets, and overseeing installation and commissioning processes. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the execution of upcoming Commercial real estate projects - Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineering teams - Monitor project progress and define technical specifications - Manage budgets and oversee installation and commissioning processes - Enforce strict quality control measures such as material testing, work inspections, and site safety checks - Provide regular project progress reports to senior management Qualifications Required: - B Tech / B.E. Civil degree - Over 20 years of demonstrated experience in executing and managing projects in Commercial Buildings and IT Parks Additional Details: The position is based in Baner, Pune, and you will report directly to the VP - Projects.,
