Job Position : General Manager in production - Woven Garment
Qualification : Any Degree
Location : Nava India, Coimbatore
Experience : 10+ Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee overall production operations for woven garments to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.
* Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and targets in coordination with merchandising and planning teams.
* Monitor factory performance metrics such as efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
* Lead and guide production managers, supervisors, and line staff to achieve operational goals.
* Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials for cost-effective production.
* Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and sourcing teams for smooth operations.
* Implement Lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Prepare and analyze production reports, cost analysis, and efficiency summaries for management review.
* Drive innovation in process and product development to meet changing market demands.
