GM – HR | Real Estate Industry

Location: Preet Vihar
Qualification: MBA / PGDM (HR)
Experience: 12+ years (Mandatory Real Estate experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end HR operations for corporate and site teams.
Drive talent acquisition, manpower planning, and workforce budgeting.
Ensure statutory compliance, labor laws, payroll, PF, ESI, and contractor management.
Implement performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management.
