Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable General Manager to oversee the full operations of a 40-room hotel and its on-site restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an Operations Manager or General Manager in the hospitality industry and will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, effective team leadership, and high standards of guest service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day hotel and restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery
Lead, supervise, and develop team members across all departments, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance functions to maintain operational excellence
Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance overall guest experience
Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and service quality benchmarks
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and revenue management
Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth communication, proper staffing, and timely issue resolution
Maintain the property to high cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards
Drive initiatives for operational efficiency, quality improvement, and business growth
Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement, inventory, and cost optimization

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager in a hotel environment is mandatory
Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management capabilities
Solid understanding of hotel operations, F&B management, and guest service standards
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
