We are hiring for one of the leading Real Estate brands based out of Lucknow for the role of Senior GM / GM Finance & Accounting.


About the Role


real estate experience is mandatory



Responsibilities



  • Manage overall Finance & Accounting function of the company
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting
  • Cost Efficiency
  • Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
  • Audit Management
  • Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.)
  • Internal Controls & Risk Management.
  • ERP & MIS Systems.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Strategic Financial Planning



Qualifications



  • Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Minimum 14-15 years of experience in finance and accounting.


Required Skills



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience in the

    real estate sector is mandatory.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
