Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager based in Tada. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest home, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality guest services, and maintaining the property's standards. Responsibilities also include financial management, inventory control, guest relations, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional customer service and guest relations expertise
• Experience in financial management and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Tada
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
