Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations, drive growth, and oversee the overall performance of Elba Interiors. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership skills, sound business acumen, and experience managing teams in the interiors, furniture, or modular industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across design, production, sales, and installation departments.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, quality, and profitability goals.
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction from design to handover.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial performance of the business unit.
• Identify business opportunities and partnerships for expansion and growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage team members for operational excellence.
• Oversee marketing and brand development initiatives in coordination with management.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the interiors, modular furniture, or construction industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
