The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure the implementation of company policies and strategies, and maintain high standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities also include budgeting, financial analysis, customer relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines. Qualifications Proven leadership and team management skills Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience Excellent organizational and time management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience in developing and implementing policies and strategies Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field Previous experience in a similar management role is preferred
