About Us:

Sikka Group is a leading real estate developer specializing in commercial/mixed-use/retail properties. We are looking for a highly experienced General Manager – Civil, who will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of real estate projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and technical expertise in civil construction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

• Oversee the planning and execution of real estate construction projects.

• Ensure compliance with architectural, structural, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for seamless execution.

2. Budgeting & Cost Control:

• Prepare project budgets, estimates, and cost control strategies.

• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.

3. Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff to achieve project objectives.

• Ensure effective workforce management and productivity on-site.

4. Quality & Safety Compliance:

• Implement quality control measures to maintain high construction standards.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

• Identify, negotiate, and finalize contracts with vendors and suppliers.

• Maintain relationships with government authorities for approvals and clearances.

6. Timely Project Delivery:

• Monitor project timelines and implement corrective actions for delays.

• Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews.

7. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain project reports, progress updates, and compliance records.

• Present project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

1. Qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

2. Experience:

• 12–20 years of experience in real estate projects in Delhi NCR

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential/commercial projects.

3. Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project management and leadership skills.

• Expertise in construction methodologies, contracts, and building codes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Residential, Commercial, or Mixed-Use Real Estate Development.

• Infrastructure & Township Projects.
